Also some blonde chick came to the work place and I was helping her and then I told her wait couple of minutes before I could give her the paperwork . I walk away and then come back and see him handing her the paperwork ( he doesn’t do this unless it’s a pretty girl) then he comes over to my desk and knocks something over and then I tell him to pick it up and he does but he always does this after he goes to the girls ??? Why do men do this ? Am I Insignificant in his eyes?

That moment when you realize you're not really that hip. Lol. I'm American and have to question today's lingo. It sounds like he finds you attractive but his actions is showing other wise. I hope it's not the whole "oh if he treats you like crap that means he likes you". I mean if he likes you he has a mixed signal way of showing it. If you're not interested in the guy, shut it down the moment he starts flirting with you. Don't be rude about it.
