So wife ended up hitting me and getting arrested/charged for DV. Divorce filed. EPO issued but doesn’t explicitly say she can’t have possession of the kids. Her lawyer says I am hiding/keeping the kids from her, which if she can’t have contact with me, can’t come to home/school/work, I’m not really hiding them. They are right here safe at home.

Working on something to allow her access to the kids but she absolutely cannot drink. She says there is no drinking issue and this is all made up. Temp orders are in a few weeks and right now I’m at home with the kids. I have plenty of other evidence of her drinking, losing it around the kids, trashing the house, yelling, threatening, holes in walls/doors, etc. pretty sure judge with agree with drinking problem that leads to rage/anger issues. Ohh and she was having an affair.

She refuses to provide any funds to help pay household bills as they are all in my name.

I believe I’m in a good position pre temp orders but these feelings suck. The kids aren’t really asking where mom is but with the holidays it hurts my heart.

Just need to vent. Tell me this gets better down the road.
