I think texting for logistics only is stupid advice. It can be great for establishing sexual context, flirting and rapport building before meeting live. Just my experience though.

However, the mistake a lot of guys make is texting way too much before any interest is actually generated and having terrible game.

Get the number, HAVE A BASIC CHITCHAT just to get to know each other (nothing very personal), then you can set up the date and end the conversation because you have other shit to do. You don't spend hours texting but that little introduction chit chat is a MUST... unless you have a super high SMV.

I fucking hate conversing with females not only over texts but in real life too; meaningless subjects about her life and shit I couldn't care less about but I do pretend to care just so I can go deep inside afterwards... Unfortunately this is life, if you want that pussy you have to converse with the boring creature attached to it and that includes the little texting chitchat after you get the number.

More often than not it will be better to try to use it only for logistics, as you can't escalate through text and it is easy to be misinterpreted, you get no true feedback on how your message is being received, and is very hard to create a emotional response by text.

But yes, sometimes you have to use this frail tool

TRP is a toolbox and you apply the tools as you deem necessary. Women love texting because they love attention. But you can't feed into this or else you will demonstrate low value, kill the attraction and turn into an orbiter for her. The tool to counter this is texting for logistics, because that should be all you have time for or all you care to do.

Some girls require more attention than logistics only texting. It is up to you if it is worth it to invest more time in communication in this particular girl. In my personal experience, occasionally I entertain the small talk for a bit to establish comfort, but I'll vary my response times because I got shit to do.

I started employing the tactic of canceling day of if they don't respond to a morning text. This has only happened twice out of the 5 dates I've set up. For 1 of the girls, she immediately responded, "that's totally fine!". We set up another date, and she flaked again, so hard next.

For the 2nd girl, she immediately responded "aw whyyy?". I said "lol you didn't confirm 7 and someone else did". And then sent "another time". She responded with "hahahaha omg. I can't believe this. Well, another time then". Now she's very prompt and good at responding. More info to come on whether she flakes again but I can see a difference

I've tested this theory in and out many many times and I agree. Texting for strictly logistic has a way higher rate for flaking.

My text game is on point. It's necessary to me. I always always say this. Especially this day in age. Everyone is texting as a form of communication. It works way better to build a little rapport or comfort before setting something up.

However! Most guys SUCK at texting so that's why we tell them just text for logistics. On top of that you can't really build attractive over a text message. So it's more likely that you will say something stupid that will fuck you up before it will help you. That or guys get way too Carried away and text all day or way too much. This is a turn off in itself.

This is why we say stick to logistics it's mostly for newbies. Because if you were what we may call "advanced" you wouldn't need to post about this. You would understand. How text can work for you and also against you. To get there it takes lots of practice and experience.

But yes idc what anyone says on here texting for just logistics has resulted in flaking for me. far more than building a little comfort before hand.

I would say in the times I have tested it. 3 out of 10 would actually follow through with just logistics. And 7/8 out of 10 would follow through with some back and forth texting. But don't take my word for it. Test it yourself

Being older means I didn't start using texting for game until I was old, like in my 40s old. I hated it at first and women did not seem to mind that I hated it, I'd like meeting in real life or talking on the phone. As smart phones came in I got to see some value in texts. I will never have a "text relationship" where the woman and I constantly text but I use it sparingly to set up a meet up. It amazes me how many times I discover a girl has a husband or significant other, texting is a great way to hide cheating I guess. Texting has to have a goal. You want to meet and be in bed. Texting for it's own sake is ridiculous.
