The first paragraph makes it clear that the author laments that men ever get treated fairly in custody battles.

Apparently she imagines that parental alienation only happens to women.

When my son turned 3 my ex, without consulting me and we had 50/50, put him in daycare. He screamed and cried when I took him there. Maybe my ex should have lost custody by these standards.

If you take a young child from it's parent for long enough they will forget. Over a short period of time they adjust.

Children deserve both parents and parental alienation has happened to three families in my circle and that is 3 too many.

The "unregulated experts" that are adjudicating parental alienation are probably no less regulated and no more experts than guardians ad litem that tear families apart and begin the process of parental alienation.

My wife works with a number of these guardians ad litem (GAL) as part of her therapy practice, and the stories she tells are fucking horror stories. These guardians ad litem are qualified by virtue of the training they get from the office that ALSO adjudicates child support collection moneys and so forth. Their bias is clear and undeniable and it stands in family court adjudication because the judge basically just takes the word of the GAL and bangs his/her gavel and that's that.
