This should surprise no one. Anything that doesn't fullfil female mating strategy is "misogynistic or insecurities". Even in monogamous relationships most Western women maintain some type of "soft cheating" or keeping options. If that's not enough their will be a push for poly or hotwifing.

This study was pretty poorly worded. It specifically asked if it is ALWAYS wrong for someone to have an affair.

Is it okay to have an affair if your abusive wife threatens to take your kids if you leave her? I’d say yes. Is it okay to have an affair if your abusive husband controls all your money? I’d say yes.

Does that mean I think it’s okay to cheat. Absolutely not.

Loads of western women are suddenly "coming out of the closet" as polygamous, is it any wonder that soon 50% of western women will be single and childless into their 30s while men are moving outside the west looking for love is taking off in a big way?
