Hi all,

I am in the middle of toxic custody battle with NPD/BPD ex wife and we got the GAL report yesterday.

While I hoping to be exonerated off all the accusations, it didn't turn out exactly my way. I got step by step 50 50 but I was hoping to get primary custody which got shot down.

As I kept reading the report on each on my parenting concern, the GAL kept referring that father said alot about X and Y but showed no evidence. That comment came alot during the report about her abuse towards kids, foul language etc etc etc.

But she kept iterating that father showed no evidence. Which peaked my curiosity because I had pretty damning evidence etc.

As I dived deeper, turns out my lawyers didn't share 80% of the evidence I brought against her. It all came down to the GAL having not high storage subscription plan in the dropbox folder. Through my luck, none of the evidence ported over to her while it was copied by my lawyers.

I have several questions

1) what the fuck? 2) should I fire my lawyers? 3) can I challenge the report? 4) what should be my next steps
