Try to assert some control. If it bothers you. During day time or before falling asleep, think if you have these dreams and you don’t like the outcome see your self changing it mid dream. I have in the past.

In general, I believe in manifesting. I have used it for work, sports etc. try to focus on the most important thing you want to change. I would also recommend working out and eating right. This will help you mentally and physically.

Also set goals. Write a to do list and “want to do” list. Just crank one out and brainstorm. Then break it down on set daily, weekly goals. Write the plan, manifest the plan, work the plan. Include sports/hobbies / mind distractions (for Me fantasy sports is one). Set attainable goals for workout. Maybe you say S,M,W,F,S you do 20-30 mins of something even it’s walking, push-ups, sit-ups.

Just no manifesting Eva Green. She’s mine! Lol

I'm still happily with my wife in many of my dreams still. Sleep is a lot more restless than it used to be. I do wake up more than I used to. I hate waking up to the realization that she is not in bed next to me.

Sounds like: just before you go unconscious, your mind is filled with your recent events past and challenges coming up. Normal stuff and we’ve (probably) all have been there.

As you move forward into positive territory, and you will….this stuff will pass.

Do you normally remember your dreams? Maybe you're just waking up more? Stress can do that but also supplements and other things.
