Me (F 25)and ex ( M 24)broke up around this time last year..he was secretly dealing with another lady at his job. We had a really rocky relationship that needed to end. About 1 month after our break up his best friend who I use to deal with in high school followed me on my IG liked all my pics including the ones with my ex in them. Me and my ex are on much better terms than we’ve ever been on but that’s besides the point. It was a shock to me because they are like brothers and his friend ghosted me ( which I didn’t know until some months after being friends with my ex before our relationship) we all went to high school together. A couple months later he started to respond to my stories on Ig just laughing nothing too major. He invites his self to my birthday party. Then maybe a month later he tells me ex that we have been DMing which set my ex off. So I deleted his friend on everything. Last week he requested to followed me again on IG. And idk what to think or do.
