Does anyone have experience in dealing with divorce and wife from another country? My wife is from india, we have all the passports and OCI (overseas citizen of india book - green card for india). I have not filed but she is talking about visiting with the kids this summer. What’s to stop her from going and never coming back? I know the town and have her parents address but she could easily disappear there with my kids with little recourse.
