This is unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. I'm at a loss for words. Why is he not filing abuse charges against their mother? He should be fighting dirty as well. In the family court system good guys finish last.

Want to have intimacy,self service or paid services with no worry of future trouble

Im at a loss for words and not shocked that this happened more disgusted honestly. I've always hated CPS considering it seems they will push around good families and leave the ones alone they should be separating! Ffs enough is enough. Men don't deserve to live in fear of getting trapped by a kid or just dealing with psychos in general. If she attacks and he defends himself without hurting her things could still go in her favor. Please please please keep your heads up. I know its so much easier said than done, but don't give up on yourselves! We may not be many, but you have allies and you deserve your rights just as much if not more than the ones who are trying to take your rights from you. Stay healthy and safe and take care!

This is a common game plan by mothers who wage war on fathers in the family courts. Any allegation of abuse of a child is treated as fact until proven otherwise, however ridiculous the allegation may be.

I salute Joe for not blowing his brains out and being such a parent role-model. His resilience and perseverance are simply astounding, and he clearly demonstrated the strength and depth of his love for his kids.

Weaponizing the CPS, courts and law should be punishable as a crime. The members of those 3 services are on a power-trip and are clearly showing what kind of bully-idiots they are. How about using some brains, logic and law? How about not separating a father from his kids based on nothing?

If you think that this is just happening in the US, you'd be wrong. I have a best friend, who went through this in Germany. As a parent, I was horrified by the treatment the CPS and law gave him. It was literally:

man = bad
yes, you are a parent, but you can't ask for anything and demand anything. We decide when you see your kid.
No, we don't need any proof to set only supervised meetings...We don't care that there isn't anything except what your wife claims. No, we are not at liberty to say what she says.

My friend has managed to win his case and to stay in his kid's life. He is still bruised and shaken by this experience today.

Being separated from your kids, knowing that they grow without you, are poisoned against you and that the distance is greater day by day, is heartbreaking and horrifying. There is no turning your brain off to that. There is no rest and no end to depression.

I hope with all my heart that Joe wins in the end.

Joe needs to step back , stop pushing and the legal money vacuum, pay his child support, get his career on track, get a home big enough to get his kids back one at a time. If the Ex is a lying batshit crazy woman, then the children make the decision to leave her. Or she will fuck up royal and he better be prepared to get them at a moments notice.

Joe might want to consider a vasectomy, he appears to have shitty choices in women, well from the post.

Joe needs to save all the paperwork when his grown children confront him on his neglect , so he can tell them to forgive or fuck off.

I am familiar with this/these areas of law. From what I've read, I don't think we have all the facts. I am not skeptical of that father's experience; it just seems like the website omits a lot of very important details before we can conclude what all went wrong in this case.
