Hello friends. I am so angry.
I am working as sales expert on Electrical equipments.
Two month ago i heard my college wahman salary 2k higher from mine . I did not believe.
Today we got salary raises. I learned now her salary 4k higher than mine.
You can claim maybe she is better than me but it is totally wrong.
My manager confirmed . I am way better than her in everyway. I am listing reasons below.
1 she even doesn't know speaking English.
2 She is not good at using office. I am writing macro codes in excel.
3 I am way faster than her while doing Job. I am also better at managing Job.
4 She is to work offen late. So many times using daily permission.
5 My work knowledge also better. I am almost same level with Manager on Electric projects.
6 If you wonder also my communication skills way better than that ignorant wahman.
Conclution
7 I made way more money than her for Boss. Atleast double.
I did not talk this issue with boss .
but i think only reason for that she is wahman and more presentable for clients.
If i talk with this issue with boss , i probably need to quit to Job but it is difficult to find Job in Turkey for men.
Anyway i hate this world. I will check for better job until that day i need to work. It is so unfair and disrespectful.
