Going on seperation of 7 months, divorce process is over a year in. I signed a one year lease and moved out in July 22. I've been notified rent will be increasing $300/month,and I simply can't afford that.

We have nothing in place stating stbxw has primary control of marital home where she lives with the kids, wondering if it would be possible to move back to our marital home until divorce process is over?
