It opens with the myth that most DV "befalls women" however. The largest study ever recently found that men and women commit DV at equal rates against each other ... which makes perfect sense if you are not looking through a traditionalist / feminist lens.

No but about it - every women should care about this becasue there are men in her life she loves, and also simply because n abusive environments put everyone at risk. If a woman is going to abuse a man, what's to keep her from abusing other women and girls?

The actual statistics are staggering: new studies indicate men are abused at least as often as women, and women initiate violence in relationships over 50 percent of the time.

It's only public perception and propaganda pressure from male hate groups that allow the false data showing women as the biggest victims of abuse in the US.
