No, dude. That's not quite what's happening. Teachers are the peers of teachers. So, if teachers are getting paid less, then all teachers are getting paid less. Therefore, nobody is making less than there peers. It's a fucking union job. Unions are very careful not to discriminate by gender when it comes to pay grade. There is no such thing as making less than your peers when it comes to union jobs. If you are making less than someone, it's because for one reason or another, you are not their peer.

This is a perfect example of someone using the mythical wage gap as a sales pitch.

I fail to see how entering a mutually beneficial (slightly controversial) relationship reflects on your ability to be a great teacher, much less how this is relevant to men's rights?
