How i arrange the date? Should i change plans and take her to dinner instead? Should i book an hotel? Should i take her home with my car (i assume it is 1h trip at least) if she doesn't live with parents? For the last 2, what should I tell her?

All of that is cringy. do not do dinner. You CAN book a hotel, but do not book it until after the both of you agree on it in person. I wouldn't take her home in your car unless she really deserved it. She's 28, she's a grown woman. She should be able to figure out a way home on her own.

I'm getting a feeling that you're already developing oneitis for this chick. If she's offering to travel 1.5 hours for then that's on her and it means that she's really into you so have a fucking blast, show her a good fucking time, and escalate, escalate, escalate!

If you're getting vibes from her then just drive her somewhere dark and fuck in your car. Just make sure you escalate a bit before you get there so it isn't too much all at once for her.

The smoothest way would be to book a hotel, and check in yourself, prior to the date. Then if she's wanting sexy time with you, it's as close to smooth sailing (without your own place or being close to hers) that you're going to get. If not, oh well you did the best you can.

Have some excuse, like your room was recently eaten by termites (or something more plausible).

For the date, you want to think of something that's conducive to you and her being close. Movie is bad, can't talk and focus is on a screen. Dinner is bad (by itself), just looking at each other and talking, but it can be mixed into a night. Bowling is so so, not very intimate setting (noisy, sometimes kids around, brighter lighting etc). This is why just going to a (nice) bar/lounge is a popular option.
