Feminism already has its podium. Right down they're doing their best to keep us from getting ours (not all of them, but we're not getting much support from the others). This is done by quoting studies that are known to be flawed and conveniently forgetting to mention results that don't fit the central female victimization dogma of feminism. We can't get our podium without disputing the misinformation and pointing out what's being done to keep us from being heard.

The goal is to make a world where everyone's issues are recognized and everyone receives advocacy.

And think about it, is someone who focuses on women's issues going to know as much about men's issues as someone who focuses on men's issues? Specialization is a good thing.

There certainly is a great deal of bashing, from both sides.

I see this as a necessary stage of venting - prior to the more productive negotiation stage.

First, the issues that bother MRAs and feminists need to be brought into the open, and both sides have grievances. Then, after the bashing (hopefully) tails off, we can enter into some more productive dialogue.

I don't visit here that often but I guarantee you the kinds of feminists that hate on men say a lot more than the few men here that hate on feminists.

I get sick of the internal tone policing. Every minute of every day men are being told in everything they do that they do it wrong, they are too male about it. Why can they not have a place where they get to voice their frustration about the work they do in return for nothing but abuse and ingratitude?

People forget that BOTH the MRM and feminism is basically an ideology. If your idea can't hold up to 'bashing', then you really need to re think what you stand for.

As it stands, most of what feminism bashes us for is utter lies, whereas what we bash feminism for is mostly real. Eventually, this bashing should lead to people waking up from the bullshit they have been spoon fed
