"Senator Brandis said the scheme would “take the lawyers out of the system” and will instead let parents put their case to a panel of social workers, family violence specialists and psychologists, who are empowered to make binding decisions about custody. The pilot will begin in Parramatta in mid-2018 and at another location later that year..."

So, a panel of feminists will decide. Will that be fair?

Google Social Justice Tribunal.

This shit is spreading. Its fucking scary because its communism dressed up in feminism.

Amen brother. It's ugly and disgusting how women now have the rights to use and abuse men at the click of a finger. I've lost all faith in finding a good, traditional woman and I suppose I'll just spend out my days as a dignified man amidst the sexless cyborgs who represent masculinity in today's world.

Men who unwittingly breach personal protection injunctions, even if coerced or invited to by their spouses or ex-spouses, will face up to two years in jail, and no longer be able to rely on the defence that they were invited over, or on drunkenness.

Victims of domestic violence will also not be held liable for actions they may have taken in encouraging or causing former partners to breach an injunction.

Government encouraged entrapment. What could possibly go wrong?

Victims of domestic violence will also not be held liable for actions they may have taken in encouraging or causing former partners to breach an injunction.

It's almost a good idea.

To be a good idea, they'd need to actually realise that most DV is reciprocal. Very often, both partners are abusers. Or one is the main abuser, but it's not clear who.

Change unilateral AVOs to bilateral "stay the fuck away from each other" orders, and it would make a lot more sense.

Excellent suggestion!

Just do not get married or have children. Society will soon be F*****.
