On the bright side, some women (and some men) will not have an easy time in the future to "sleep their way to the top."

Gynocentric dirty old men in the top echelons of management who have abused younger males with large work loads while lavishing females with promotions and other special treatments (for reasons mostly related to what's being secreted in their nut sack), will hopefully be put down to rest imminently.

I abhor the lack of due process, but if anything fits the definition of "toxic masculinity", it is the testosterone-addled boomer generation of codgers who, yet fueled by the vapors yet seeping from their aging gonads, afford women privileged treatment, for reasons more fitting to their former lives as an archossaurian reptiles, or whatever.

It's unfortunate that you can never tell fully which ones, but many of those gynocentric old shits really had it coming to them. Harvey Weinstein appears to have been one of them. Important to note that feminist harpies that hung around him like fleas, only chose to cast the old dog aside once they had what they wanted from him, and couldn't get any more. It's a bit like watching a wretched old witch take an old dog to the vet to be "put down." No longer useful to her, so, out you go!
