I mean, if what happened meets the legal definition of rape, then go.

I recommend you take someone with you who can observe and take notes about what is done, police action, etc. Do everything in your power to keep that person with you.

The legal term is "witness".

was it not consensual? if so, report it to the police. I would be careful though, those women could collude and make you out to be the rapist, in which case, you'll be in the hot seat.

You're absolutely right. My sexually abusive mother (who liked to record videos of her and her friends 'taking liberties' with me and sometimes other boys) had also groomed and raped my father when he was a child. And even though she was convicted for it, she was let out after 6 months and was granted full custody of me by the courts despite the nature of her previous conviction. It is unfortunate that women like this are often allowed to be raising kids

After she died, my dad and I went to the police with the videos she made of her friends and the other boys. But after giving them the videos, they returned them to us saying that they weren't going to start an investigation into the videos to find out who the people were. We tried pressing them, but all we got was basically that they didn't have the resources to examine every report. So I guess to them women sexually abusing people wasn't something worth police resources

That's just to say that I don't have much trust in the so-called Criminal "Justice" System and I know how hard it is to go through the difficult process of reporting something like this, but I wish you well. Hopefully your case at least gets investigated

I think in most cases reporting is right to do, since underreporting is a part of way it's often not taken seriously. If men / boys did file a report against their abusers, the assumption that guys don't report because it doesn't happen or because they actually enjoy it could be laid to rest

Maybe I'm wrong but I think most people on this sub would agree that if you get so drunk that you make a decision you wouldn't normally make (i.e, have sex), then you are responsible for that decision. The other person is not responsible for your actions. Passed out drunk is another scenario and then it would be rape.

If person A (sober) walks up to person B (drunk) and asks them to have sex and person B consents, it's not the responsibility of person A to make sure person B can make good decisions.

If you don't want to make decisions without full knowledge of what you're doing, don't drink to the point you'd make those decisions.
