Doesn't help. If you don't want kids you need to get the snip or always use condoms you keep in a place where no one can mess with them and make sure you flush them personally immediately after coitus.

If you don't want children, get a vasectomy. Then test it yearly to ensure it hasn't reversed itself.

If you don't want to support children, take responsibility for your fertility and get a vasectomy.

If you DO want to have children, but not yet or not with this woman, take as much responsibility as possible and use condoms that you provide and take home with you or rinse out before throwing in her trash.

Condom or vasectomy/store sperm are your only options. Also be aware of cohabitation laws that will marry you by default.

Your best option is a vasectomy. There really isn't much else you can do.
