I (19) got a date with a girl who turns out to be 16, should I next her instead?

So there's one of the girls I've been talking to who happens to be super into me. Game is on point for now. Got a date settled and everything.

I have a feeling she's emotionally unstable so I'll keep her only as a plate or simple ONS.

Now she just told me she's 16. I'm 19, that makes a 3 year difference. I know that for you guys over 20 it's not a big deal, but at my age it makes a bigger difference, and I am more used to getting it on with girls my age.

It may sound stupid, but she's under 18 while I'm 19, and I feel like if I just pump and dump her I could get into serious trouble, especially since that #metoo fuckfest.
