The really sad thing is? I looked through (and commented) on some of your history.

We disagree on a lot of things. Like you deserve to be listened to, but shouldn't have to listen to anyone else (at least men).

We also agree on a lot. Which is really sad, because if you actually talked to people, you might actually get an idea of what's believed here. And from some of your comments, you agree with a good bit of it.

Yes we do pity ourselves, its also called self-care. This subreddit is about the issues faced by men in our society. Does men fighting for their rights bother you, threaten you, scare you? If it does ask yourself why? Do you find yourself trying to justify having that hate towards men's rights movement? Are you trying to find 'low hanging fruit' to rationalize dismissing the MRM? Are you reading comments out of context deliberately?

I would like more men to have self-pity or men concerned for themselves and other men. Men need to develop an in-group bias. Because the society will never have the same sympathy for men as it has for women, the same support that it has for women or the same priority that it has for women. The 'Empathy Gap' has been demonstrated in numerous studies in different countries.

If you have any sympathy for men, then please LISTEN when men talk about men's issues, men's experiences, men's perspectives and systematic institutional misandry. If you don't have any sympathy for men, this place is not for you (like go to any other subreddit). You will find this sub uncomfortable (and you should be), you would do all of us a favor by leaving. Our apologies for not being REAL MEN ^TM .
