Really easy way to do it, would be through a nest cam. You don’t need to film the entire thing but if you can get her to open the condom in front of the camera you’re probably good thereafter. Though depending on the state you live in it will be illegal to film without consent, but what’s worse.... rape charges or wiretapping carges? At the same time don’t be too paranoid

In this day and age, you'd be crazy NOT to.

As far as the legalities:

"one party consent"--that's you--makes it legal in most states.
If nobody ever sees the recording, who cares if it's illegal?
What's MORE illegal? You videotaping her, or her falsely accusing you of rape?
Would you rather go to prison for rape, or to jail for videography?
If there's one reasonable person--like me--on your jury, you won't get locked up for either crime.
You can always sell the recordings to her, if she becomes a famous actress, or if she runs for political office.
Side benefit: Free porn collection!
When you're old and grey, (and the statute of limitations is up on whatever bullshit anti-recording law you broke) and other residents of the nursing home are bragging about all the chicks they used to bang, you'll be the only one who can prove it.

if you record without their knowledge then it can not be used in defense at court. A private space is assumed to not be recorded.

I’m into some really “messed up” stuff, most of my scenes are planned through a questionnaire I provide that requires a signature, I also require that she shows me that at least a third party I met personally knows where she is and how long she will be with me(for this purpose I always recommend the app Glympse) safe words are obligatory.

For vanilla I just avoid visibly drunk/high woman, and after the isolation I just make sure she warns her friends that she is leaving with me, sometimes the LMR wins in this situation but it’s no big deal, it’s not one lay that will make or break me.

Fuck if it's illegal, and fuck if you can't use it as defense in court. The court of public opinion is a valid weapon. And if you "prejudice" all the potential jury with the facts they received before the trial, it will be imposible for them to "disregard" what really happened when the bitch starts lying to their face.

You need to consider both the chance of getting a false allegation and the chance of someone finding the camera; and then multiply each by the average respective sentences. Go for the lower one.

All indoor cameras record with audio.
