I saw a kid from one of these frats on Fox News a couple weeks back. He was the most articulate, well spoken guest I had ever seen on that show. It’s sad that these guys have to fight for their rights like this as it is taking away their time from their studies.

It’s almost as sad how some Subreddits ban you from participating if you are subscribed to a different subreddit. It shouldn’t matter what you do outside of a particular subreddit as long as you aren’t being rude and offensive.

This whole thing is hilarious when you think about it.

Feminists: Frats are evil rape gangs that are drunk assholes, do something about them.

College: Ok. But to stay legal we have to do it across the board. bans gender based clubs

Feminists: Hey! That's our sorority! Hands off!

I'm honestly fairly surprised they included women's groups. I figured they'd ban all same sex clubs then make an exception for historically oppressed genders or some such nonsense.

Aren't their sports teams sex segregated? Title IX does not specifically target athletic so why does athletics get an exemption?

This is sad.

I guess the assumption is these 20 year old kids are oppressors, & them hanging out with each other is oppressing people.

But, in truth they are probably just people who need support & are offering it to each other. It's very peculiar to attack people's ability to help themselves & it's especially terrible if they are trying to fill the void you created.
