Perry did nothing wrong.

If you are half naked and go on stage with a scantily clad perfomer, whether it's a stripper or musician you shouldn't be surprised if it gets a little physical. And he never signaled in any way that he's not okay with what she's doing. And she kissed him on his fucking cheek, for like 3 seconds and he never recoiled. The only thing you can say about her is that she reacted poorly to his rejection when he went off stage, but that's about it.

And I would totaly say the same thing about a girl that would go on stage topless with a band like Steel Panther or any other band that's explicitly sexual like Perry is.
