The debate on where transsexual rights activism might infringe upon the rights of others is something I think is overly dominated by pockets of feminism and religion. The problem is it infringes on us all. I think because of its uptake by branches of feminism that tend to lean towards the extreme there's been some reluctance to explore the issue. Though if we can take on problems with feminism as a sexual identity based interest movement it makes no sense that the same should not apply to transactivism.

It's more complicated by the fact that there should be a transgender rights movement but what we've got today isn't it and I'm going to explain why.

A fundamental pillar of the transgender movement today is that biological sex doesn't exist. Men don't exist, women don't exist and with it be it homo or hetero your sexuality no longer exists. If biological men don't exist then how can our rights even exist?

A reoccurring theme in the transgender rights movement is that only they exist and no one else does. Problems facing everyone are treated almost as though exclusive to transgender and incomparable to the problems faced by anyone else.

This isn't purely an idea being expressed by a few radicals on their soap box. You can look this up yourself as a concept taught in university (transgender studies) and as an underpinning for all of their training to schools, police forces, etc and when informing lawmakers. You'll notice that all of their material confirms this by referring to sex as assigned at birth (as opposed to constituted at conception and recorded at birth based on observation).

Even though the murder rate for transsexuals is lower than for women and the suicide rate as far as anyone can tell about the same as for any other demographic and despite that murders and suicides are a tiny proportion of all those nationwide it's treated like a top priority. Transsexual rights also demand medical treatments at the expense of the tax payer and insurance payer which are grossly disproportionate in respect to what anyone else would get. A man that identifies as a man but physically has more feminine features than average would not expect to be able to receive masculization surgery.

Feminism has been quick to the draw on this due to the invasion of sex segregated spaces which are seen as to keep the males from the females or the fox from the chickens more so than to separate each sex from each other. This can occasionally be a complex argument (IE, which toilets should transsexuals use) with no forthcoming answer though men should consider their right to dedicated male only spaces and services as well. By transgender logic should someone simply express the behaviors of the opposite sex then they are transgender. That might include cross dressing or cross doing a poo. By simply using the toilet of the opposite sex you're affirming your status as transgender and your right to use the toilet of the opposite sex.

We're all aware of the attempts to make anything not pro-transgender a crime, specifically classifying any disagreement as hate speech with the believe that it should be criminalized and the attempts to impose thought crime. Disturbingly recently in my country a transgender rights organization was allowed to advise the police and it stated that disagreeing with someone's self proclaimed sexual identity is a crime. This attempt to circumvent the lawmaking process had it not have been caught out could have caused serious damage. In the country in question the police cannot arrest for an invented crime. In fact it's not illegal to resist unlawful arrest, with violence, even lethal force if necessary. We're you in such circumstances as to necessitate that then not only would you have a complete defense but the police force would be liable for damages. In this case the made up crime would be if someone says "I'm a man." and you say "Oh no you're not.".

Obama also circumvented the lawmaking process when he unilaterally altered the legal definition of sex in relation to Title IX circumventing the lawful process of creating and amending law. These actions forced transgender law upon society without giving either sex the opportunity to have their say. As far as the transgender rights movement is concerned anyone that says differently to them is guilty of hate speech, something they think should be a crime.

When the transgender rights movement is restricting what people can say that's not a movement concerned with its own freedoms, that's a movement that wants to take away your freedoms.

This includes freedom of sexual orientation. Transsexual rights doesn't believe in a sexual orientation towards the sex they fancy themselves as that excludes them. If you only want to date, sleep with and marry real women transsexual rights believe that's transphobic and violating their right to fully assume the identity of the sex of their choice. Transsexual rights demands legal changes so that they would never have to disclose no matter the circumstances, inform their partner they're transitioning and to criminalize anyone outing them (to make it illegal to say she's a woman when asked at a marriage if there's a lawful reason the marriage should not commence). Some of this demands legal fraud such as retrospectively changing the birth certificate.

One of the reasons that the transactivism gets away with this disproportionate special treatment is because they're perceived as being so few even giving them ten times more is perceived to take little from the whole. It's irrelevant as it's inappropriately giving a particular sexual identity far superior treatment than that of others.

If you're a father then you're particularly right to be concerned because this movement has already penetrated the health and education systems and is commanding them. You're child may be being taught that male and female no longer exists. When they're being taught about sexual orientation they may be being taught only that it pertains to sexual identity rather than biological sex because we all know the primary purpose of the education system is to help get minorities laid.

If you're child is somehow considered transsexual then it'll be deemed so and you wont be able to object. They'll also be put into a medical category where transsexual rights demands that there be no impediment towards full transitioning. If you have a daughter she could end up with a double mastectomy by the time she's 16. Even here on reddit which is extremely transsexual rights friendly I've just found a child in another location asking how to secretly take hormones without their parents knowing being advised on how to do so. I've also found one of these organizations talking to schools is a money making operation in collaboration with urologists (usually the people performing the surgery) and endocrinologists (the people dishing out the hormones) who as part of the private medical industry can expect to see tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars per patient.

This is a brief overview and the reason it's gotten so bad is because the movement has be allowed to operate with extreme impunity. It's time we started giving it more scrutiny. When I say extreme impunity this is enforced institutionally. A feminist criticized a mother on twitter that sent her 16 year old boy to Thailand to have a sex change operation. In a country where doing the same for FGM is illegal. Did social services and the police visit the mother? Did lawmakers discuss the need for new legislation so that you can't send you boy off abroad to be castrated? Not circumcised. Castrated and lets not even talk about the rest of it. Instead they visited the feminist and threatened to prosecute her. It's high time people stop giving into fear and intimidation and start calling out this nonsense.

For those saying oh but that's a feminist, they can just as well do it against men's rights as well. If it had been one of us complaining about a mother's abuse of her son on twitter the same would have happened.
