Stop glorifying women. If you feel anxious around them it means you believe they're better than you. Work on yourself, mostly on LOVING yourself, when that is done, you will realize your value and you'll have no problem talking not only to females but people in general, because you won't seek validation and approval from others, as redhawkes said.

Internalize the IDGAF mentality and outcome independence. Also meditate.

Awareness to the fact that women are just as human as you are helps tremendously. Develop empathy through various practices, and you will begin to appreciate girls as humans, not just as desirable symbols of beauty.

Try drugs just to find out what it means to be in the moment. Then reproduce the feeling sober by remembering yourself to be present whenever you find yourself in your mind instead of in the moment.

And never forget that you can always shut up when you have nothing to say. When you do shut up, use your eyes and other senses. God gave you more than a mouth. Shut the fuck up and look at her in the eyes. When she keeps it, just smile. That mouth can do other things than blabber. You can use your touch then to make contact. Keep smiling. Be so confortable with the uncomfort that you're more confortable than her. Only then can you really lead.

And practice these skills with everyone, not just people you wanna stick your dick into.

Practice going out more, hang out with girls more.

Most people will say just meditate bro. This shit never worked on me.It might work for you but remember experience > anything.
