My ex-wife continues to alienate me from my son because I have not given her full child support. She has also moved and not giving me the address to where she lives. I know what town she lives in because I pick up my son there after school from the bus because of my stepsons ability to pick him up and transfer him to me but I don't have a actual address. How do I go about trying to enforce and have her served the parental visitation when I don't know where exactly she lives? I don't have money to hire a private investigator. Any ideas would be appreciated thank you
