Exactly. Rights only functionally exist if there is a means of redress if those rights are violated, and repercussions for those who do so.

For example, the ability to have evidence obtained by illegal search and seizure, or a forced confession, thrown out in court is VITAL to the protection of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments because otherwise cops could just perform warrantless sources and coerce confessions all they wanted knowing that even if they got caught the victim would still go to prison.

And that's the situation men are in. Men de facto do not have the legal right to refuse to have unprotected sex with a woman, because they are treated the same way by the legal system whether or not they consented. And, likewise, the perpetrators, at best, might get a minor prison sentence, but they do NOT risk losing the right to child support.

It's like if theft, burglary, and armed robbery etc. were technically illegal, but were unlikely to be prosecuted, carried only short prison sentences, and the thieves were allowed to keep the proceeds of said crimes. In a society like that I would not consider there to be property rights.
