The ex is taking me to court over stuff and one of those things is school lunches. After she had to have some sewer work done she decided that now she wants me to pay half for the kids lunches. I told her that's what child support was for and now here we are.

So, she sent me a bill for my half of the lunches for this month and the school just started using online to pay school lunch bills. So on her bill it says i have to pay the bill by the 5th. I don't know if that's when her half runs out or what. Do you think I should let the ex know I won't be paying it or just let it be? She is trying to modify cs and the parenting plan over this as well as a bunch of petty things. Thanks for any advice.
