I haven’t read much about the prevalence of sexual abuse perpetrated against male children being completely ignored. The Catholic church’s victims were majority male victims but the controversy is related to the church covering it up, not the thousands upon thousands of male victims who never achieved justice.

The issue of female predators getting a pass especially when the victim is male. Think about the school teacher who became pregnant after she was released on parole ( by her STILL underage victim ). Or ANY of the school teachers who have groomed and then raped their victims only to have the media portray it as an inappropriate work place relationship rather than pedophilia.

Or the difficulties males have in getting law enforcement to take their claims seriously. There was a case of a woman who took in a 12 year old runaway and made him her sex slave. Responding officers told the child upon learning this “You sure landed on your feet, didn’t you”.

The number of female perpetrators is likely slightly higher than number of male perpetrators ( this is because women are more likely to have access to children ) yet no one is even looking at this. I’ll explain why it’s likely in a sec.

Academia doesn’t even study the issue. As we see by studies of spousal abuse, the female rate of being the perpetrator is actually roughly the same as that of male perpetrators. In other words, women are just as fucked up as men in most every way. Yet no ones digging, yet.

Society has failed their sons.

@whoever wrote this, I just wish it looked more professional. It kind of screams "written with anger" which the type of women described in this kind of article will just dismiss as whiney and irrelevant (not saying the content is irrelevant).

How do you debunk the argument that all these issues are created by the "patriarchy"?
