Response: Feminists have issue with Gender Neutral Rape or Cruelty or Domestic Violence laws because they pretty well know how easy it is to misuse them in India. In order to protect women who could be falsely accused, they are okay denying justice to genuine male victims.
I don't understand why wud ANY Rational person hv issues with Gender Neutral Laws. Or hv issues if those filing False Rape case r punished. What kind of Equality r these Radical Feminists asking for where they don't want Equal Punishment or Zero Accountability for their Actions?

Neither social nor legal culture is the same between the west and India, so even though we may all use English words, those words have diverse meanings to disparate speakers. The cliche; to walk a mile in their shoes, is important here.

A short review of women's issues in India will clearly demonstrate that it's different environment than in the US. Very different. So phrases like "gender neutral" and "domestic violence" may have vastly different social and legal meanings and ramifications in India than what westerners expect.

And to make it more complicated; India is a vast place with incredibly diverse regions. To say Indian or even America is this way or that, misses the point of these places.
