Not entirely, just the ones who have a record of reporting false rapes and those who call everything a man does "rape"

I don't want to speak for everyone here but i personally believe the vast majority of females reporting rape were actually raped.

However i think the issue is that women that are confirmed to have lied are barely punished for such a lie. If you go through such lengths to attempt to destroy another person's future, your future should be destroyed accordingly if you are caught fabricating. It does bother me that being put in prison for 20 years for a crime you didn't commit (where you may be raped) is somehow not as harmful to the sufferer as actual rape

Assumption of innocence = discrediting a victim? I think most feminists would argue that a person accused of theft should be assumed innocent. Does that mean feminists discredit robbery victims?

"female rape victims" as a term implies that the man is guilty by default. The correct term is female rape accuser, and you bet your ass we try to discredit female rape accuser claims, because all criminal accusations of such an extreme nature must be put under intense scrutiny to ensure that innocent men are not potentially convicted.

Blackstone's formulation says, it is better that 10 guilty men go free than for 1 innocent man to suffer imprisonment.

And I agree.... if innocent men are railroaded so easily, jurisprudence has failed.

Yes, but only if there is evidence that they are lying or exaggerating the incident.

MRAs believe in due process for the accused, so this can often be interpreted as trying to discredit rape victims, but that is not the case. True victims should be believed, once it is established that they are victims.

How do you discredit someone? Is this different from how you discredit a women who makes a rape accusation, if so how?

How can you tell a real rape victim from a false accuser?

Actual rape victims or women who say they are raped and were not, or people that have made a claim and you don't know if the claim is true or not?
