This is completely false, I think rape of any sort is completely abhorrent and has no place being supported in society. I would NEVER support rape and I'm sick and tired of being accused of such. Granted I also think such people can reintegrate into society and lead productive lives without letting their crimes define them, but this is a topic for another time.

Another false claim I'm getting sick and tired of hearing let alone being accused of. I don't believe in the "putting people back in their place" bullshit and I never have.

No I'm just fed up with the very clear double standards in society that feel fit to punish one side for crimes, even ones they didn't commit, but gives the other side a free pass.

How can we help men and boys when we're constantly demonized by the media, denied funding and routinely denied a platform of which to really help? How are we supposed to actually help when everyone automatically believes the propaganda?

Another falsehood especially now that the Feminist love affair with gay men and trans women has come to an end with both being branded as being predators and rapists(this was long before the bathroom debate). There are plenty of gay men who are members of the movement, just as there are those who believe being gay or trans is an abomination. This isn't my personal opinion even though I myself am not a heterosexual man and I don't believe the men's rights movement is a movement for just one sort of man.

Again, this is where I typically explain the lack of support and funding.

  1. You ignore male victims of rape

Even if the victim is someone I philosophically disagree with I would never turn me back on a male rape victim or any rape victim. I'm not an apathetic monster but I also can't pretend that male victims are treated the same as female victims. The only male victims most people care about are trans women and boys and that's only if their abuser or attacker is a man, if they were raped by a woman then little if any care is given. Women who rape are hardly even met with the same vitriol as a man is even ACCUSED of rape whether he is innocent or not.

Once again, lack of coverage and funding or empathy for that matter

Why would I want to tear down anyone's achievements? What good would that do? I just want common sense laws in this country in regards to the genders, why should women get a slap on the wrist for the same crime a man gets the book thrown at him for?

I'm not so insecure that I need constant validation from people throughout my day to day life and I never really have been. I have fears and worries just like every other human being but I don't need to be validated daily due to my gender.

Another false narrative, but is having a negative opinion of gold diggers really a bad thing? You would think Feminist would find them aborhent.

Every movement has it's fair share of scum. The leaders of the Women's March included rapists, a Muslim woman who praised genital mutilation of both men and women, women who think revolving door abortions are amazing even if the father wants to raise their baby and women that were convicted of spousal abuse. Why was none of this highlighted? Why was none of this mentioned? If this was a Men's March I'm sure if even ONE rapist(a true rapist, someone who actually did commit rape) showed up the media would've had a field day.

Really it would be better to say I'm a Humanist but I fee more comfortable and honest identifying as a MRA. I don't hold the opinion that each movement is 100% free from terrible but to only paint the MRA side as being the evil side or the bad side is completely false. In doing so it's caused more harm than good and only added to the division.
