I'm a 34 year old man in decent shape that works out regularly and has a great sex life. I just got my blood panel results back. My total testosterone is 348 ng/DL. The average is 270-1,070 ng/DL. I'm on the low end.

I normally take D-Aspartic Acid

Which is a natural test booster and makes me feel pretty good. I cycled of it for my blood test.

The good news is that I'm going to be on Testosterone Replacement Therapy at 200mg injected each week. This should put me around 1500 ng/DL. As a man with a high libido, a decent physique, and is well adjusted, I'm really excited about what the additional testosterone will do both mentally and physically.

When I came off DAA, I found myself more emotional, had a harder time maintaining frame, and basically started acting much more beta all around.

The reason I posted this here is that if you're having a hard time acting like a man and keeping frame, it may be as simple as getting a prescription for testosterone. Low T does no one any favors.
