Has anyone done this? Am I walking into a minefield?

Basically, I've started some woodworking and maker hobbies during the apocalypse and I'm looking at turning that into a small side-business as the pandemic is ending. Basically, setting up a booth at the Farmer's market on the weekends and opening an online store-front. Not anything big, just looking at trying to monetize what I do in my spare time and offsetting the cost of materials and tools.

I'm also looking at getting more serious doing some consulting. I'm not challenged at work and a couple projects a quarter would be good to keep me sharp.
