Yeah they do man, and lots of them stretch the skin out to lengthen it and cover it all up. And uncut guys will tell you that its really uncomfortable to fully pull the skin back and have their exposed head rubbing against their underwear. But cut guys do that 24/7 and don't feel a thing. Kind of proves there's some desensitization happening, doesn't it? Guys who restore their foreskins, or who use devices that cover the glans 24/7, will tell you that once they've spent some time covered up, they literally get a layer of skin peeling off the head. That's the callus. You can even look at pictures that compare the two. On a cut dick, the head is much more rough, on an uncut one, its much smoother.

Same as would happen to any mucus membrane in the body that becomes permanently exposed.

The doctor who invented the idea that circumcision could prevent AIDS transmission literally argued that the callused skin of the glans of the circumcised penis was more of a barrier of disease transmission than the uncallused skin of the uncut penis.
