I would just hit the gym more, eat better. You might know yourself more than you give credit for at that age, as long as you don't think you 'know it all' and want to keep learning you'll be more than okay.

Lets see... Don't worry about impressing anyone or trying to be anyone's friend, focus on you. You literally have nothing better or more important to do than school work, this will pay off much more than anything in the long run. Sports come secondary to grades but you should still do them. Put a pull up bar on your door, do pull ups every time you walk under it. I wouldn't say completely not to smoke pot or drink but never pursue it or pay for it, you'll be offered plenty for free.

Start wrestling. It sets you up later in life for BJJ. Then tell him to start lacrosse because it seems like fucking testosterone-laden game.
BJJ is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Last year a man named Royce Gracie wins UFC 1using this technique. I show the video.
I then explain what a smart phone is.
I give him advice on hair, clothes, and shoes.
I tell him to stop fucking around and take school seriously. Up the grades now, get the classes down, be a fucking whiz at school and get the grades to prove it. This will lead to responsibilities like a car and a driver's license.
Tell him that good school grades and application will lead to college.
Tell him to go to college and then join the Marine Corps as a Commissioned Officer.

I'd print out all the stuff I've written here and hand it to him. And tell him to buy MSFT in '86 (although not very likely insofar as I was pretty broke back then), and I'd throw everything I had at BTC in 2010.

If I could pick on thing it would be this: Life After 30: How to be an Old Guy. Lots of actionable points in there for younger guys so that their later years will be their best years.

I'd also suggest this: Things My Father Taught Me, although my dad was present in the home, other guys may find it useful.

For a start given the average age of a red piller we’re not old but you definitely are young ;-)

Drop the ego. You are not special and you get no rewards for being an interesting outsider who stays true to his self and doesn’t change for women/doesn’t want to be a cocky gym rat like those cocky gym rats. You can simply be a well muscled, more outgoing version of yourself. Attraction is shallow and never altruistic. Fucking enjoy it.

Stop giving others any control over your self worth and stop being so hard on yourself.

I would force myself to completely drop my one-itis. It poisoned my whole senior year and even carried into college, and I never even fucked this girl. Most shameful part of my past. On the other hand, I could never have fully grasped the TRP without the many valuable insights that were burned into my soul from being in this girl's orbit for over a year. But Jesus Christ young man, have some self-respect!!
I would force myself to fuck the "plain" girl who actually wanted to fuck me. I passed on her because I thought it was the wrong thing to do, since she clearly liked me a LOT more than I liked her. But in hindsight, I definitely should've fucked her. Little did I know the weight I was about to put on and the dry spell I was about to hit.
Above all else, I would teach myself about the importance of daily discipline. Waking up early every morning, working out every day, writing down everything I eat. If I had started those habits back then, I would have saved an incredible amount of time and money, and literally moved every good thing in my life forward by 4 or 5 years. Oh well. Lessons learned.

That would have fixed 90% of my problems right there. Then add to that: monitor T levels, get TRT when needed (which, in fact, was probably early 20s at the latest).
