Welcome! I love seeing young women getting introduced to FDS. I personally would have loved to have it when I was 20. I was so scared of men and dating at the time. It would helped give me the tools to navigate a world that didn't quite make sense to me. I'm no longer interested in men, but I find FDS also helps give me more confidence and empowers me to be the best woman I can be.

I’m so glad you found us! I have daughters myself—and while I may not have had the benefit of this knowledge when I was growing up, I’m raising them with these principles.

I’m also in the same position! And discovering this sub at 20 also made me ghost my NVM, pornsick, dishonest, emotionally abusive scrote! I feel so much lighter without having him draining my energy now and am SO grateful to this sub for everything it taught me because he for sure would’ve turned me into a forever gf bangmaid and I wouldn’t even have known what his true intentions were if not for this sub. So glad I got out before my youth and beauty and life goals were wasted on a NVM. ❤️❤️❤️

I’m also 20 and reading the handbook and realising my past errors and pick me ways has been an eye-opener and really made me cringe on the behaviour I used to accept and over look from men. I’m so glad I found this sub at this age. hearing the truth can be harsh at first but I ultimately know it’s for the best. So grateful ❤️
