What's up everybody.

I, like many of you, caught the red pill bug when I was lonely and vulnerable. I wanted connection, especially with women. My low self esteem brought me to the red pill, an ideology that simultaneously tells you that you can get women with X, Y, and Z methods, while at the same time validating my worst fears that I'll never be loved.

The kicker is that the theories of "female nature" that the red pill guys made were super simple and easy to remember, as well as nonfalsifiable.

Fast forward to today. I have a girlfriend. Something I never believed would happen. During my journey, I noticed that the red pill is a big pile of shit.

And yet.

And yet, right now I'm basically having an anxiety attack because I can't get the red pill theories out of my head and I can't stop applying them to how my girlfriend acts. Despite plenty of times her disproving the central RP tenets, I keep holding on.

Of course it isn't this way all the time. Ups and downs you know? And I'm sure that the core is really a low self esteem (etc). If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't give a fuck about RP theory.

Do you guys deal with this type of thing too? How has RP affected your relationships/actions? What was your process like? Did it improve?

Hope you guys are doing good. All I know is that the best moments of my life were when I just let go of what my mind was saying and all it's theories and just experienced life. I'm gonna try to do that now lol.
