Not everything in these letters is satisfactory imho. One counterexample is the one-sided idea of the woman about male violence. Another is the idea of the man that 'dating is easier for older men', apparently just because he himself was a late starter. I rather think single men over 30 mostly aren't wild about their situation but more stoic about it, and half a year celibacy for many is almost too short to notice. Also, of course, it depends very much on having a (more than average) successful career - strange he doesn't mention or even realize that.

And whatever you think about Black Pill ideology, I for one hate bars and clubs as places to meet new people, let alone romantic partners.

But the fact that a critical (and relatively puritanical) feminist and a left-wing journalist debate about this issue at all is a hopeful sign. Very worthwhile reading and useful to link at places visited by feminists who won't read MRA stuff.
