Cities are enacting policies to not arrest non-violent criminals, so they are not likely to be arrested at this time. But they should contact a lawyer ASAP because after this all clears up the repercussions will be unknown.

Alimony needs to end. When a divorce happens then she should be on her own, not collecting money from a man she's no longer married to.
