well, "serve her detention at home" just means house arrest. This is pretty typical for scenarios where the offense is criminal but not an extremely serious crime. Problem is, murder (which is what she's guilty of) doesn't typically come with any chance of house arrest or parole. This goes double for if the house is occupied by another person. Sure, I could see an argument for parents getting house arrests instead of jail time if they need to take care of a kid AND their crime was non-violent. But Olga committed a murder and, like a psychopath, took a selfie with the cadaver. I'm sorry, but she's a danger to the people around her and needs to be put away.
