This is their response to making abortion illegal et al. They do this every time, it’s not so much the male hatred, it’s the principle. I agree it’s crazy but from their point of view that’s how they view the abortion argument

No, "Alabama" doesn't "want to require men" to do that.

One Democratic state representative introduced the bill as a symbolic protest again the abortion ban. It's meant to sound oppressive and crazy - that's the only point of it. No one wants or expects it to become law.

BS. She's calling for such a law to make a point about the availability of abortion for women. While she might actually want it to pass, it hasn't a chance in hell, and everybody knows that. Really, this is outrage over pretty much nothing.
