What we need to do is fix the safety nets for men, the so-called glass floor that so many men fall though. Men have a greater incentive to succeed because failure for a man looks a whole lot worse than failure for a woman does. That's the real reason there are more men in these positions. Fix the underlying problems that lead to this: the rampant bigotry and discrimination that puts men at a greater risk for things like homelessness and starvation, and they would have less an incentive to fight their way to the top. And that would naturally free up positions for women to occupy. Forcing women into these positions without first fixing the problems that plague men at the bottom of society will only harm men more.

When those women get told that that are incorrect about an issue due to lack of knowledge/experience/qualifications, they'll make accusations of harassment, hostile workplaces, and "mansplaining". The company will drop in productivity and die.
