Well now that you are done venting, do something about it. Look, I know that society and the system has been unfair to men for decades, but then again, I live in what many would consider a backwards state and legally they are pretty even handed. My judge has heard literally a thousand divorce cases and he knows its the women who can be abusive, and he knows that women can equally well work and bring in income. But you certainly have to make your case in court.

Document everything. Has she yelled excessively at the kids? Has she ever neglected them? Has she damaged property in a way that intimidated the kids? Documenting anything like that with dates (and pictures if relevant) can go a long way.

Do you care for the kids? Are you part of their daily routine? Document that too.

Sorry, I could join in the chorus and say 'women suck' 'the system sucks' but that won't get us anywhere.

You really need to talk to an attorney to ease your fears about child support and custody. You have been misinformed if you feel your wife is going to rape you and take your kids. That is not how the system works anymore.

It’s impossible for a parent to “win” full custody unless the husband has been proven to be either a practicing drug addict, abusive alcoholic,pedophile, or homeless. You can be full fledged mentally ill and an alcoholic and still have 50/50 custody

All courts start at 50/50 custody unless one spouse agrees or decides to move out of the area. Are you talking about one parent having primary custody? This would not change the custody arrangement either. It will be fine bro.

Custody agreements can be written to have a specific’ right of first refusal’ for extended child care when assigned parenting time is unscheduled. Child custody is taken to court often through out the child’s life to alter agreements. Child custody and child support amounts are set by the state, not the wife.

You really need to talk to an attorney, because your rhetoric is deeply flawed and it should calm your irrational fears.
