Hey guys so Im 19 and in uni right now. I had a job at Cold Stone (which is an ice cream shop). I have been there for 2 months so far. Before I dive into what happened, I will mention that I am physically a legit 9.5/10 on the looks scale. I was blessed with the face, and I have been doing physique bodybuilding since 16 years old, competing for 3 years now. As far as my job goes - I have never been late. I get things done. Great attitude, and customer service. Heres the catch: Since I am so attractive (physically and confidence wise) every female customer I make eye contact with flirts with me.. I exchange some smiles and good vibes, dont ask for numbers or anything like that. This isnt out of the ordinary, other male coworkers try flirting with hot girls that come through but they get shot down due to lower SMV/game. This is just human nature and can not be avoided. People will flirt.

The first few days, I could see on my male coworkers' faces the jealousy or envy they had about my "game" or SMV with the female customers.

This was also evident in my boss. Despite our positive interactions, I can tell the female attention I was getting was beginning to get under his skin. He is maybe a 3/10 looks wise, and women give him cold vibes when he is dealing with their orders. Meanwhile Im always making the girl customers flustered and nervous (attracted way) and its really obvious to people outside of the interaction.

All of the female coworkers began competing for me as well. They would overtly flirt and get nervous when talking to me, playing with their hair, giggling, etc. This was due to preselection they saw from customers, and even within the workplace as word spread that Chad is a new coworker of theirs. They even would get jealous that I would flirt with an HB8 in front of them successfully. I didnt even fuck them.

On the first few days I noticed that my boss would flirt with female coworkers (but wasnt reciprocated genuinely, just out of jest).. meanwhile after I established myself as the new Chad, they all stopped flirting with him and started competing for my attention.. very blatantly smiling, giggling, twirling hair, gossiping saying "this new guy is cute, hes a player" etc.

Long story short I feel that I was fired because I indirectly ruined the social dynamics of the workplace. He was no longer the alpha. I "outshined the master" which is I believe the #1 Law of power (48 Laws). I didnt AMOG anyone, just was polite to them but my preselection with the ladies really fast-tracked me to the top.

When fired, I was told it was for another reason.. "youre just not performing up to par.." and it seemed really ingenuine. He cant fire me for being "Chad" because that would be obviously a bad move on his part. I dont care about this because its a minimum wage job thats disposable, but still...

Any other High SMV guys ruined their workplace dynamics and got on their bosses' shitlist because of it?

It reminds me of the saying "People dont want to see you shine.. it makes them feel small." I have a feeling this is what happened.
