I've experienced a similar thing when I was a schoolboy. A girl kept threatening me all day, followed me home and refused to let met in get into my own house.

I picked up a bit of a pebble, and threw it at her hand to make her mouth. It bounced off her hand, and she walked away crying her eyes out.

The next day the Headmaster called me into his office, her parents were there looking furious. He asked me what happened, I told him, he accused me of lying and took the girls side, and shouted at me to put on a good show for her parents.

That was the moment I realized that both girls, and the system, are my enemy.

You need witnesses who can prove her lie. Teachers who were watching, did they conceal the story? Make sure you request principal to call those teachers and students separately else teacher will manipulate the witnesses.

Fight it and lie through your teeth in the details (within reason, and intelligently). You can never win if the two parties are playing by a different set of rules. Get dirty. I've seen this happen, and usually, school teachers and administrations (particularly the SJW kind) are cower out.

All you can really do is keep a phone or camera ready for when some shit goes down and she shows her true colours again, then expose her to the teachers as the manipulative bitch she is.

Are you female? Then you have a voice. I'd go to bat for your brother and not let down. Harass the teachers who witnessed it into telling the truth, and that the girl who assaulted your brother is lying. Get your brother off the hook and get her onto the hook. Sorry to say but unless there is a neutral witness, like a teacher or older students, he ain’t getting off.

I used to get picked on by a girl in class, when I gave some verbal back and she got upset I got into to trouble. I realised I was better off avoiding it.

Tell the principal to set up a meeting with the board superintendent. Inform him you are bringing in a witness who saw it all. Maybe say you will consult with a human rights lawyer as this is discrimination
