I am a fan of RSD's material but I believe a lot of what they say isn't well thought out or explained and pertains to a certain audience. A lot of the people they work with are incels, emotionally broken, etc. They have a fundamental belief that they cannot get women period. Intrinsically we are enough we have within us masculinity, confidence, etc. the issue becomes the insecurities and trauma that we bury it with. A lot of self development is the process of stripping the bullshit you picked up so far in life. So when RSD says you are enough it is in effort to build one Self-Esteem and to instill the belief that it is possible to get women. But, work still needs to be done to uncover what is already there.

However, to game women you do need to lift, read, get your shit together, etc. This increases the range of women that will be attracted to you. But I believe that yes you should do these things for yourself. I know guys who go to the gym for the sake of getting women and they don't do as well with women as they think they should be. I lift 3 times a week I'm not huge but I look like I lift and I'm strong. I get higher quality women than a few muscle bound guys that I know. Coming from a place of neediness will always repel women no matter what you have.

But overall action is more powerful than belief and mindset. consistently doing something will change what you believe about yourself. If I can pick up 300+ pounds off the floor, if I know how to defend myself, if I can aggressively attack and accomplish all my goals, if I can keep the promises I make to myself on a consistent basis.... talking to a chick seems pretty trivial and sometimes may seem like a waste of my time because most chicks (in college at least) are boring especially since I'm not big on partying anymore lol.

You are misinterpreting what they are saying. The "I am enough" thing relates to your mental approach not physical.

You shouldn't think, "omg she's a 10 I can't fuck this up." You should be thinking, "she's cute. I wonder if she's interesting," as you are approaching. The "I am enough" thought process is designed to kill approach anxiety and make you not pedastoolize women.

Physically you have to always be improving to make a difference even if you're a born chad. You shouldn't do it for women though you should do it for yourself. This will help you grow as a person and in tern help your internal game, make attraction grow, and make others envy and respect you.
