From "what's the problem with letting girls in the boy scouts? It's inclusive" ..... To "now we remove the boy from boy scouts because it harms the girl scouts".

Honestly, being a Boy Scout was a great experience for me. I got to learn a lot of valuable skills with my friends. Honestly I think that was the only male-only group I had besides my soccer team. I just feel sorry for all of the young boys who no longer have that space.

Honestly, the whole suing thing was bullshit. They sued BSA for “preventing them from allowing girls to enjoy the same things the boys in bsa do.” When BSA wasn’t doing that at all. GSA was probably like, “Man, we really aren’t getting enough slaves to sell cookies for us. Hmm... I know! Let’s sue BSA on ZERO grounds!”

I get how this looks but in order to keep trademark rights you have to actively enforce your trademark rights.

From a legal perspective I can understand why the Girl Scouts of the United States of America® started this fight.

Did literally no one here read the article. It has only to do with branding. They’re not complaining about equality or anything like that.
